Laura Kinsey

Director

As Lead for Connected Coaching and Youth Justice, Laura specialises in coaching professionals and providing consultancy that upholds a relational, values-driven approach, supporting complex, person-centred organisations and systems.

At the heart of Laura’s work is a deep belief in people’s capacity for positive change – change that is most powerful when it comes from within rather than being imposed.

Passionate about helping individuals, communities, and organisations thrive, Laura brings over 20 years of experience as a youth justice practitioner, operational and strategic leader, consultant, and volunteer. She has studied systemic leadership and executive coaching to Master’s level and is currently undertaking an MSc in Integrative Counselling and Coaching.

In an increasingly fast-paced world, I’m continually amazed by the magic that happens when people, teams, and organisations take the time to pause, reflect, re-energise, and rethink what they need to work at their best. It’s a privilege to create that space for others and support organisations in reviewing their practices. There’s nothing more rewarding than asking someone how they feel about a change they’ve implemented—and seeing their face light up as they reflect, ‘I feel really proud!’
