How We Work
We Offer Three Programmes
Advance
10 sessions.
A deep-dive programme to elevate your leadership, leaving you with greater self-awareness, increased confidence, and an impactful, relational, and transformative leadership style.
Accelerate
5 sessions.
A focused coaching programme to develop key leadership areas, connecting with what’s most important and putting insights into action.
Kickstart
Single 60-minute session.
A one-off session for immediate reflection on a specific topic. Can also be used post-Advance/Accelerate as a check-in.
