Our Coaches
Laura Kinsey
Director
I have a particular interest in coaching professionals who wish to retain a relational, values-driven leadership style while managing the often-competing demands of complex organisations and systems.
Underpinning all my professional work, is a belief in people’s capacity to make positive change and the view that change is often best achieved when it comes from within (as opposed to being imposed by others).
Passionate about supporting individuals, communities and organisations to thrive, I have studied to Masters level in the fields of systemic leadership and executive coaching alongside my professional studies, practice and leadership within youth justice and educational assessment. As an accredited ILM (Institute of Leadership and Management) Level 7 Executive and Leadership coach, I am fully committed to, and a member of the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC) and practice in line with its Global Code of Ethics.
Coachees can expect from me, a safe, confidential space to explore, reflect and identify solutions that work for you. Compassion, reframing negative self-talk, considering the influence of a coachee’s identity on their leadership, and drawing on coachee strengths, values and social graces, are all areas I am passionate about exploring within the coaching space.
My own coaching development has been the most transformative of all professional development I have undertaken and an approach that has not only substantively influenced how I show up as a leader/professional but has also transcended into how I aspire to show up to life more generally.
